The Ministry of Home Affairs, PDRM and the Security Industry Association (PIKM) under the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS), had formulated a mandatory 6-day extensive training for every security guard employed by all security service companies. The said training was implemented to ensure that every company will achieve 60% or more of its personne to be certified.
The CSG programme covers key areas of security operations, including proper security procedures, discipline, communication, emergency response, access control, and other essential responsibilities of security personnel.
Our security personnel also undergo a comprehensive 7-day aviation security training programme conducted and certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), formerly known as the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA). The programme equips our personnel with the essential knowledge, skills, and procedures required to perform security duties within aviation and airport environments.
Through this specialised training, our security personnel are prepared to maintain high standards of vigilance, professionalism, and compliance with aviation security requirements. The training further strengthens our advantage that meet the standards of the aviation industry.
